Overview
LiveOps, Inc., the vanguard of the Direct Response Call Center industry, faced a relatively new situation: competition. For years, LiveOps was not only the industry leader, but really the only choice available in its category. But the recent introduction of new players in the market, meant they [LiveOps] would need to re-establish themselves as the logical choice, and to set themselves apart from competition. They needed to launch an eye-catching, memorable campaign to deliver this message with the maximum impact possible. They chose to do this at Response Expo 2010 in San Diego, California and engaged dystrick design, Inc. to get it done.

Challenge
The primary challenge was to create a memorable, impactful marketing campaign that would set LiveOps apart from the competition while highlighting the benefits and service offerings that make them the logical choice in Direct Response call centers. This goal was all the more challenging in that it needed to be done within a relatively small booth, with limited amounts of signage and collateral.

Solution
dystrick design began by thoroughly researching both LiveOps and the DR industry. We identified the services and capabilities that made LiveOps the industry leader and looked for a dynamic way to educate the audience about them. Then we sought to develop a custom messaging platform from which we could launch the new campaign. The result:
