DYSTRICK DESIGN AND AYERA TECHNOLOGIES DEVELOP NEW ONLINE PRESENCE FOR HEALTH STRATEGIES GROUP
New website provides pharmaceutical executives easy access to HSG's broad range of proprietary healthcare research and tools
CAMPBELL, Calif., November 4, 2003 - dystrick design, Inc., a creative design, communications, and business process provider, and Ayera Technologies, Inc., (www.ayera.com) a software development and hosting company, have announced the launch of a new corporate Web presence for Health Strategies Group, Inc. (HSG). The new site (www.healthstrategies.com) provides HSG with unique document management capabilities for its subscriber-based information services.
The website is specifically designed for the strategic information needs of pharmaceutical and biotech executives who need easy navigation of HSG's broad range of research reports and online analytical tools. dystrick's and Ayera's creation of a supporting content management system (CMS) to manage and update the site will substantially reduce HSG's costs in managing its online publication system while offering greater quality control and flexibility in a fast-changing and demanding service environment. "We turned to dystrick and Ayera for a dynamic Web-based information delivery system that allows our multiple research services the flexibility each needed to present unique content and analysis," said Dee Prince, co-founder and principal of Health Strategies Group. "Health Strategies has long been unique in our research capabilities and presentation services for pharma clients and this website will further differentiate us from other consultancies."
"The site offered a design challenge," said Mike Martinez, chief design officer for dystrick. "It needed to be designed so that it was easy for HSG's clients to quickly navigate the services they subscribe to as well as access information on other services they may need. In addition, we had to create well-designed navigation paths for first-time visitors who may not be familiar with HSG and their service groupings. Our mantra was 'They have to see it to know they need it.'" The Health Strategies design also needed to align with administration procedures that required multiple content managers at locations across California, New Jersey, and Texas.
"Developing HSG's new site from the ground up allowed us to create an incredibly flexible and powerful solution for posting and delivering secured content to their customers," said Mathew Ford, president and CEO of Ayera Technologies. "Ayera's expertise in backend functionality combined with dystrick's expertise in defining the specific business logic created an effective solution, managed through one easy-to-use central Web application."
