  David Chamberlain, President and Chief Executive Officer

David Chamberlain first joined the WebPutty team as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Field Operations, overseeing the Company's customer-facing organizations that included Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Professional Services. In October 2001, Mr. Chamberlain assumed the role of President and CEO, and uses his extensive management experience to grow the business and lead the organization to continued success. Mr. Chamberlain brings more than 25 years high-tech experience, including 15 years with IBM, and has contributed to the success of other market leaders such as Gateway, IBM, and Novell.

Mr. Chamberlain holds a B.S. in Education from Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio.

  Catherine Ruggles, Chief Technology Officer

A seasoned technical executive with extensive experience in the software industry, Ms. Ruggles is responsible for setting the technical vision, strategy, and product direction at WebPutty.

Ms. Ruggles joined WebPutty from Enfish Technology, an Internet startup company focused on delivering personal information management products and services. During her tenure at Enfish, Ms. Ruggles held positions as Chief Technical Officer and Senior Vice President of Software Development. Ms. Ruggles's primary responsibilities included initiating and implementing the standard software development and lifecycle process, and building a strong development team. Prior to joining Enfish, Ms. Ruggles held senior management positions at Symantec, Peter Norton Product Group, Prospect Research Corporation, Sofistry, Transaction Technology, and Bradford National Corporation.

Ms. Ruggles holds a B.A. from Yale University.

  Sara Armstrong, Vice President of Product Development

Sara Armstrong is responsible for managing the product specification, development, testing, and release process at WebPutty. Prior to joining WebPutty, Ms. Armstrong worked at Enterworks, a startup focused on delivering e-business integration solutions, where she led a team of engineers in multiple successful product releases. She was also responsible for the development, delivery, and support of the flagship Content Integrator product. Ms. Armstrong has a decade of software development and management experience including extensive expertise in software design and architecture. She has provided technical consulting services at a range of organizations, including the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Boeing, and the US Army.

Ms. Armstrong holds a B.S. in Engineering Mathematics from the University of Arizona.

  Terry Hanold, Executive Vice President of Market Development

Terry Hanold joined the WebPutty management team in November 2001 after sitting on the Board of Directors since March 2000. As Executive Vice President of Market Development, Mr. Hanold is responsible for building strategic partnerships, heading business development, and driving new marketing initiatives. Mr. Hanold has worked in the Internet sector since 1993, and has spent recent years working for Microsoft and Microsoft-related ventures. In 1999, he started the Silicon Valley Developer Center in Palo Alto, a Microsoft-owned Developer Relations Group focused on building business relationships with Bay Area startups and investors. Prior to this experience, he spent two years at Microsoft's corporate headquarters as a lead on the Office 2000 and Internet Explorer 4 teams. Mr. Hanold has been on the management teams of three startups including Dimension X, a San Francisco-based Internet authoring tool company acquired by Microsoft in 1997.

Mr. Hanold is an honors graduate from Yale University.

  Michelle Pharr, Senior Vice President of Sales

Michelle Pharr joined WebPutty in April, 2002. With over twenty years of sales experience in the enterprise software market, Ms. Pharr is is responsible for managing WebPutty's worldwide sales strategy and execution. Prior to WebPutty, Ms. Pharr was Vice President of Sales and Business Development at ePropose, a provider of enterprise software and services for eBusiness marketplaces. Ms. Pharr has also held senior sales positions at Autodesk, Aspect Development, D2K, Mentor Graphics and Intergraph Corporation.
