| Evaluation Software Restrictions: |
| The evaluation version of the WebPutty software contains the following restrictions: |

Applications built on the evaluation software are limited to three concurrent users. Each user of a deployed WebPutty application as well as each instance of the WebPutty Studio, WebPutty Server Management Console, and Microsoft Visual Studio (when using WebPutty integration features) is counted as a distinct user. If the number of concurrent users has been exceeded, additional users cannot login to the application. |

The WebPutty Evaluation Software may not be deployed to a live system or production environment. |
