Upgrade Now
We are happy to announce the release of the latest version of the Sage Intacct Partner plugin. If you haven't seen the message already, the next time you login to Wordpress the plugin will show that an update is available. Below you will find information on what is new in the plugin, as well as instructions on upgrading the plugin.

Compatability Issues Resolved
- The plugin now works on sites running PHP 8.
- Conflicts with other plugins have been resolved.
New Plugin Functionality
- Blog and Webinar downloads are now working. Posts will be added to the system on a regular basis.
Plugin Upgrade Instructions
The following instructions should be followed as soon as possible to upgrade the Sage Intacct Partners Plugin.
- 1Login to Wordpress and go to the plugins page. You should find a link to the plugins page in the left navigation panel.
- 2Scroll to the Sage Intacct Partners plugin in the list. You should see a yellow notice that says there is an update available for the Sage Intacct Partner Plugin. If you do not see this notice, hover over Dashboard in the left column navigation and select Updates. Now return to the plugins page and the notice should be displayed.
- 3Click the update now link in the yellow notice.
- 4Now logout and log back into Wordpress. This will allow the plugin to finalize the updates.
- 5The plugin is now updated.
Blog Post Download Instructions
If you are interested in receiving blog posts from Sage Intacct to use on your site, follow the instructins below.
- 1Go to the Blog & Webinar page under SIPP Settings in the left navigation panel in Wordpress.
- 2Check the box that says Download Blog Posts.
- 3If you do not have a blog post template in your theme, you can use the one provided by the plugin by checking the box that says Use Blog Template and then filling out the other fields for posts per page, url, title, and subtitle.
*Note: the template is very basic and it is suggested you use one designed to match your theme. If you would like assistance in creating a custom template, please let us know.
Webinar Download Instructions
If you are interested in receiving webinars from Sage Intacct to use on your site, follow the instructins below.
- 1Go to the Blog & Webinar page under SIPP Settings in the left navigation panel in Wordpress.
- 2Check the box next to Download Webinars.
- 3The Webinars require a custom post type to hold the webinars. If you do not have a custom post type for webinars you will need to create one. If you need assistance with this please let us know.
- 4Enter the slug for the custom post type in the field labeled Webinar Post Type.
- 5Next enter the name of the fields in your custom post type that will store the Date, Register URL, and OnDemand URL for the webinars.
- 6If you do not already have a template for your webinars, you can use the template included with the plugin by clicking the Use Webinar Template checkbox.
*Note: the template is very basic and it is suggested you use one designed to match your theme. If you would like assistance in creating a custom template, please let us know. - 7Finally, if you are using the included template, you will need to enter the URL for the webinars page.
