The Client

Avalon Suites provides fully furnished executive suites, conference areas and virtual rooms from two locations in Houston, Texas. Providing access to top of the line amenities, they are equipped to give any company, start-up or executive a comfortable and private rental workspace on their own schedule and timeline.

The Solution

The success of Avalon Suites was not initially represented by the digital space they operated in. To clean things up, we introduced efficient landing pages, office galleries and incorporated flyout forms and seamless CTAs on their website. When COVID-19 unexpectedly broke, Avalon Suites had to quickly modify business. We shifted gears and reshaped content to continue to support their initiatives and give customers up to date information on operations and safety. We launched new campaigns implementing online advertising platforms, emailers and social media, and produced videos featuring support from local businesses.
